Very close to Paradise: Punta Cana

17 marzo 2014

Last summer, in the middle of a working period, we were able to carve out an incredible week in a place that we decided together, and that proved to be one of our most successful choices (like many others) in recent years.

We found everything perfect: the biggest swimming pool of all the Dominican Republic, six restaurants, free open bar 24/7, an incredible room, great service, a lot of sports and fun, … and last but not least, one of the sea of our dreams. The sea that made “Pirates of Caribbean” the famous movie we know.

That is a great sea… with hot water… and that’s simply incredible! To go to the beach and to run into the sea without worrying about the temperature of the water… that’s definitely awesome!! For sure, that was one of the best characteristics Marti found at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Let’s make some pictures talk, instead of us!!

There was a small local Zoo with particular animals, and it was nice to be able to take a picture with most of them! (Photo credit: Paolo Mazzola, all rights reserved).

The spectacular Caribbean Sea! We loved that colors, the changing sky and the blue of the hot sea...definitely wonderful! (Photo credit: Martina Galbiati, all rights reserved).

This picture is special, because the other young girl behind Marti stared at her while clearly thinking "Geez, I just wannabe like her!". Marti is definitely my muse! In this picture, we were at the "bar inside the pool", and she was drinking a cocktail called "Miami Vice"! (Photo credit: Paolo Mazzola, all rights reserved).
